Terms and Conditions


PRODUCT

These terms and conditions refer to products purchased from our website and were updated in March 2021.

Meals can't be exchanged for a credit note/gift voucher and can't be discounted nor refunded.

SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions refer to our hot meals and ready meals experiences and were updated on 03 March 2021.

As an online retailer we are governed by the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. However, as we are selling perishable goods, the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not directly apply to us. For more information, please go to www.dti.go.uk 

ALLERGENS

Food Allergens and Intolerances – TABECA Pantry can't ensure there won't be hints or traces of the 14 key allergens recorded by the Food Standards Agency in any of the meals. We utilize the accompanying allergens in our kitchen: Celery, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Gluten, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Soya, Sulphites, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat.

TABECA Pantry cannot take into account removing allergen requests and demands.

Anaphylaxis – Individuals (children and adults) with severe allergies to nuts, wheat, gluten, milk and other dairy foods, egg, sesame or soy that result in ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION upon ingestion or inhalation of, or any other exposure to the allergen, understand that TABECA Pantry currently use a kitchen where these ingredients are used for food production therefore cannot control, and will not be liable for any cross contamination, substances, or liability of any severe allergies.

Mild Allergens: We use the following allergens in our kitchen: Celery, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Gluten, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Soya, Sulphites, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat.

PAYMENT

All orders have to be paid for in full up front before the cut-off point on (Schedule and time for payments). If your order has not been accepted/processed by this time your order will not be on our order sheet to be cooked and delivered.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellations for the following week must be made via call, Whats App or email by (available schedule for cancellations). The reason for this is that our ingredients are ordered in specifically for each order and this is done automatically at this time.

REFUND

There is a strict no refund policy. Please ensure that you cancel orders within the cancellation period.
